Classes and lessons

Eastman Recreation offers various classes and lessons throughout the year to members who want to broaden their skills and knowledge. Participants must meet club eligibility guidelines and, in most cases, pay a fee in addition to annual dues. Contact Eastman Recreation at 423- 229-3771 for details and to register.

July 28 - Come and paint Rocky Top Meadow on canvas with instructor Beth Laws at 5:30 pm in CR214 of the Toy F. Reid Employee Center. The class is open to the first 20 paid participants. Fee is $30 and includes all materials. ERC members receive a $5 discount. Click here to sign up for this class. Call (423) 229-3771 or come by the Recreation office during normal business hours to pay the class fees. Fees must be paid by Friday, July 24 to hold your spot.

Kingsport Art Guild

The guild creates opportunities for Eastman Recreation members and the greater Kingsport community to experience and showcase visual arts through instructional classes, educational lectures, special events and exhibitions.

Symphony of the Mountains

Symphony of the Mountains is celebrating over 60 years of bringing joy, art and culture through music to Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. For ticket information, call 423-392-8423.
